| Student Workshops |
offers 90-minute interactive student workshops led by
Broadway performers. Workshops include:
Improvisation
Taught by Broadway professionals, this class is dedicated
to helping your students, both individually and within an
ensemble, hone their improvisational techniques. The
series of interactive exercises and games will keep your
students on their toes while building self-confidence and
expanding creative awareness.
Dance
Your students will have the opportunity to learn
show-stopping choreography from a hit Broadway musical,
taught to them by a genuine Broadway "gypsy." After the
dance class, your students will have a chance to chat with
their instructor about life as a professional Broadway
dancer.
Chorus
A vocal master class led by a Broadway singer or musical
director. The Broadway professional will teach your
students a new selection from Broadway repertoire or help
fine-tune a piece your vocal group is currently performing
or working on.
Band/Orchestra
A Broadway conductor, instrumentalist or musical director
helps the members of your concert band or orchestra
enhance their musical skills. Our professional can help
your student musicians brush up on a piece in their
current repertoire or work on a new piece from a Broadway
show, selected especially for this workshop.
Meet a Performer
A Broadway actor shares backstage stories about what life
is like working on the Great White Way and what it takes
to get there. Enjoy a private performance of selected
material by the performer, plus plenty of photo and
autograph opportunities at the end of the session.
